Casa Ammi is a Christian children’s home that provides a safe, loving, and family-centered environment where children and adolescents who have experienced abuse, neglect, or violence can find healing, hope, and the opportunity to thrive.
Founded in 2014, Casa Ammi was born out of prayer, faith, and a deep conviction that God was calling its directors and their children to open their hearts and home to vulnerable children. From the very beginning, their vision has been to create a true family environment through multiple family-style homes rather than one large orphanage. Each home welcomes up to twelve children, allowing every child to receive the love, stability, and personal attention they deserve. Once a home reaches capacity, the goal is to open another, extending that same family-centered care to even more children. Today, Casa Ammi has three family homes and continues to dream of opening many more, always trusting in God’s faithful provision.
Today, more than 150 children and adolescents have found safety and restoration through Casa Ammi’s ministry. In addition to its three family homes, Casa Ammi serves the surrounding community of “ El Gallo” through a community center that provides meals for local children, is launching a youth support center for at-risk teens, and is building a multipurpose facility to host volunteer teams and offer parenting classes and other programs that strengthen families.
